Phoebe Sorgen is a Commissioner of Disaster and Fire Safety who, if elected, will work full-time on the City Council even though it is remunerated as a part-time position. She will listen to us thoughtfully and respond to our requests conscientiously. She has lived in the district for 23 years, raising a Berkeley High graduate.
